Horizon Zero Dawn

Horizon Zero Dawn is an upcoming action role-playing video game developed by Guerrilla Games and published by Sony Interactive Entertainment for the PlayStation 4. The game will be released worldwide in 2017. The plot revolves around Aloy, a hunter and archer living in a world overrun by robots. Having been cloistered her whole life, she sets out to discover the dangers that kept her sheltered. The character makes use of ranged, melee weapons and stealth tactics to combat the mechanised creatures, whose remains can also be looted for resources. A skill tree facilitates gameplay improvements. The game features an open world environment for Aloy to explore, divided into tribes that hold side quests to undertake while the main story guides her throughout the whole world. Development began in 2011. Mathijs de Jonge, the game's director, considered it "the most risky" idea of those that were pitched. The concept explores the contrast between the beauty and danger of the game's setting. Guerrilla Games emphasises trial and error as the basis for playing the game, choosing not to implement a tutorial. The game engine, Decima, was previously engineered for Killzone Shadow Fall and altered for Horizon Zero Dawn, the first intellectual property (IP) developed by Guerrilla Games since Killzone in 2004, and also the studio's first attempt at developing a role-playing game.

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild

The Legend of Zelda: Breath of the Wild[a] is an upcoming action-adventure video game developed and published by Nintendo for the Nintendo Switch and Wii U video game consoles. It is the 19th main installment in the The Legend of Zelda series. The story is set in Hyrule and follows amnesiac protagonist Link, who awakens from a 100-year slumber to a mysterious voice that guides him to defeat Calamity Ganon. The title's gameplay and mechanics constitute a departure from the series' conventions, featuring an open-world environment, a detailed physics engine, high-definition visuals, voice acting, and the ability to play through the game's dungeons in any order. Announced in 2013, the game was initially planned for release as a Wii U exclusive in 2015, but was delayed twice. It is set for release worldwide on 3 March 2017 as a launch title for the Switch, and will be the final Nintendo-produced game for the Wii U.

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands

Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Wildlands is an upcoming open world tactical shooter video game in development by Ubisoft Paris. It will be the tenth installment in the Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon franchise and will be the first Ghost Recon game to feature an open world environment. The game will move away from the futuristic setting introduced in Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Advanced Warfighter and will instead feature a setting similar to the original Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon. Ubisoft has described it as one of the biggest open world games that they have ever published, with the game world including a wide variety of environments such as mountains, forests, deserts and salt flats. The game will be playable on Microsoft Windows, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. It will be released on March 7, 2017.

As far as connections are concerned, the rear of the Xbox One S is almost identical to the Xbox One: HDMI out, HDMI in, two USB ports, IR out, optical audio out and Ethernet. The HDMI output has been upgraded from 1.4a to 2.0. The HDMI 1.4 standard is technically capable of supporting 4K, but only at 30Hz. Films and TV shows shown at 30Hz and will look choppy as hell and may give you a headache. HDMI 2.0 means the Xbox One S can output proper 4K at 60Hz. The Kinect port has gone. This isn't a deal-breaker for me. It's a move that also doesn’t surprise me, considering the number of people I know who use the Kinect (none). Those who want to use a Kinect will also be able to connect the peripheral via USB with an adapter. Microsoft is currently giving them away to existing Kinect owners. An IR blaster has been added to the front. That's Microsoft’s way of increasing the Xbox One S’ multimedia capabilities. The IR blaster lets you set the Xbox One S to turn on other devices, such as your TV or home-cinema amplifier. It’s a nice idea, but I still found myself using the dedicated remotes as they're less unpredictable
